      Verdict

This looks too far for Be Proud even though he handles heavy going. Scottish Summit is a 10-year-old now but has never raced on going this heavy, though did have Danzan behind when winning at Thirsk in May and the latter, along with Autumn Festival, was left behind by Maywake at that track in August. Oso Rapido arrives in great form, following up a demoted second at York with a win over 6f at Catterick last week but he’s never won off a mark this high. Wobwobwob will appreciate the return to 7f and Able Kane also has a chance but the three-year-old RACINGBREAKS RYDER is back over this trip for the first time since completing a hat-trick on soft going at Ascot in May so gets a tentative vote.
