Verdict

Woodbank was only beaten half-a-length at Ludlow last month but is 4lb higher now. Corkage goes well here and is starting to come down the weights, though would have preferred another half-mile. Finger On the Pulse and Jack The Gent appear to have lost their way but there are possibilities about the consistent Atlanta Falcon and Off The Ground won off today's mark over hurdles last year and was well backed at Kempton last time. His stable is in cracking form but ARCTIC BEN kept on well considering he made a lot of the running on his reappearance at Stratford. He will appreciate the better going and drop in distance today and can come out on top.
