In depth

Verdict

Plenty with claims in the opener but CANNY STYLE beat a couple of bumper winners to win a maiden hurdle at Musselburgh and there should more to come from Kevin Ryan’s filly over hurdles. Woolstone One narrowly beat Arian at Ffos Las and went close again last time. She makes her handicap debut along with Passing Call, a close-up second in both starts over timber so far. Cubswin was beaten only a neck in a handicap hurdle at Fakenham but this is tougher and The Crazed Moon is preferred.
