Verdict
Some in-form sorts clash but ON TOUR makes greatest appeal off an attractive mark for his handicap debut over fences. Conqueror of Sirabad and Otago Trail on his two chase starts, the Williams gelding is expected to have the class to overcome a collection of admittedly in-form and more experienced handicappers as he's looked very stylish in his hitherto embryonic fencing career. Dresden is improving rapidly but has really been stung by the assessor and it would be a cracking effort to defy topweight and recent Wetherby winner, Gardefort, accordingly makes more appeal as the likeliest threat. The progressive Red Spinner and Sir Valentino are also of interest along with the enigmatic Turn Over Sivola.
