Verdict

Those with experience look closely matched although Sir Graham Wade's second to Cherry Street at Pontefract in October was a promising effort. The winner on that occasion was trained by Andrew Balding and he runs the newcomer MINIMISE RISK here. The latter cost 410,000gns, has a pedigree packed with stamina including half-brother and Goodwood Cup winner Darasim, and may be good enough to score at the first time of asking. Theturnofthesun was runner-up at Goodwood when last seen at the track, though his stablemate and debutant Falkland is related to the high-class pair Rewilding and Dar Re Mi and is one to note, while Kaafel and Lelaps both disappointed last time but had shown some promise on their debuts and may do better here.
