Verdict
DANCING FREDDY is well-handicapped and is fancied to see off Bronze Beau and Ya Boy Sir. James Given's colt ran Jack Luey close at Carlisle last time and is able to race off the same mark of 70 today. His young jockey's claim makes him an even more attractive proposition and assuming he takes to the first-time visor he might prove hard to beat. Bronze Beau comes here on the back of wins at Redcar and Hamilton and those wins in lesser grade (both for today's jockey James Sullivan) seem to have boosted his confidence; he is not discounted. Nor is Bossy Kitty whose third to Mon Brav/Diman Waters reads well, whilst Sharp Eclipse and On The Piste were both behind Bronze Beau at Redcar. La Fortunata's second to Rose Blossom reads well but she doesn't win enough, Ya Boy Sir has produced two strong efforts recently but on softer ground, whilst Morgans Choice has been holding his form well in blinkers of late. An open start but Dancing Freddy gets the nod.
