Verdict
MONKSLAND makes his eagerly-awaited reappearance after his unfortunate experience when strongly fancied for the Neptune Investment Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham where he had no luck in-running before finishing third to Simonsig and Felix Yonger. He should have a big season starting here though Miley Shah has been making great strides and followed a decent effort in a Grade 2 at Tipperary by landing a Punchestown Grade 3 in the easiest fashion imaginable, making all and coming home an incredible 32l clear of the odds-on Trifolium. Shadow Eile has been in very good form all year and won her last two starts over timber before a moderate run in the Irish Cesarewitch. Edeymi couldn't cope with Grade 1 company at Punchestown in April and was behind One Cool Shabra at Gowran in December while Joxer needs to improve and might just need the run.
