Verdict
It is sad to see just a trio of runners standing their ground for our finale and BETTER DAYS AHEAD is given the nod. The four-year-old was a comfortable winner between the flags at Lisronagh for previous connections and represents a stable that have a fine record in the race. Carnfunnock won a bumper race at Ayr last November but was unable to make much impression when subsequently stepped up in class at both Leopardstown and Punchestown while Do As Your Told is related to winners over further and could be anything.
