Verdict

MONTAN won this last year and will be difficult to beat from just 6lb higher. He ran very well when narrowly beaten on the Flat at Galway last month and looks to have been primed for this. Wither Hills is improving fast and looks a big danger as he was conceding 16lb to Monahullen Prince when scoring at Punchestown and the runner-up has won since. Lucky Spring is very consistent and always difficult to keep out of the frame but he's 6lb higher for his recent Fairyhouse success and that's his highest ever mark. Priors Gold is another consistent type but this will be his fifth run in just over a month and it could be a step too far. Catch The Moment may provide the main threat as he made all for a very convincing success over Banna Man at Cork. He's on a massive 15lb higher mark here though is very progressive but Worldly Wise has now finished runner-up in half of his 14 races over hurdles and is still a maiden.
