Verdict

Paul Carberry was seen at his brilliant best when getting Fool's Wildcat home over today's trip at Punchestown but a 10lb rise looks harsh and this is a very tough contest. Lea Lady has been going great guns for Jarlath Fahey and gave his daughter Ciara her first winner at Tramore a month ago. She may have been unsuited by very heavy ground at Cork on Sunday but still ran well behind The Buck and looks sure to get involved. Ruby Walsh has another good ride, this time on Golan Guy, who he has partnered to two successive runners-up spots recently and is on a good enough mark to make his presence felt again. LEAD KINDLY LIGHT has plenty to do under her big weight and at first glance it didn't look the strongest of races she won at Wexford last time but the placed horses have come out and won subsequently so Sean Byrne's lightly-raced mare can defy her burden with her regular pilot able to use his 7lb claim.
