Verdict
ALHELLAL hasn't had much racing for his age and won this lucrative handicap a year ago. His only subsequent start last season was in the Cesarewitch and he reappeared with a fine run behind Solo Performer at Roscommon. He's 6lb higher than last year but has been prepared to complete the double and is taken to do so. Maggie Dalton lacks experience which showed when making her handicap debut at the Curragh but she's a progressive filly with a fair weight who should go well. Paddy The Celeb arrives in good form having scored at the Curragh though a 7lb rise makes things much more difficult. Scatter Dice represents Mark Johnston and her close third to Al Saham at Haydock puts her in the picture while Willie Mullins' very useful hurdler Midnight Game is back on the Flat for the first time since arriving from France in 2010 where he finished runner-up in a Listed contest.
