Ballyquin Bay was an odds-on beaten favourite at Perth in July but ran well for a long way on his reappearance over this track and trip last month. His stable also run Bob Cigar, who chased Sir Argus for a long way over three miles at Cork. Danada made a very promising debut over two miles at Clonmel where he was staying on while Lazer Wolf did quite well in bumpers considering he's bred for chasing. Ottizzini has run in strong company in bumpers and over timber and last month's run behind Law Ella here puts her in the frame though THE BALLYLINE MAN has a stayer's pedigree and won't have been suited by the 2m3f bumper he ran in at Cork so gets the nod.
