Daytime Dreamer has a course and distance victory to his credit and has been busy on the Polytrack at Dundalk but prefers faster ground that he's likely to face here. Pink Goddess has also been successful here in the past and the ground was on the quick side when she gained her only success over timber over this track and trip last summer. Miranour won between the flags in October and ran well over timber at Down Royal in December but punters would need to forgive a poor effort at Tramore last time. Connections of BATTLEMOUNT are entitled to feel aggrieved at a 4lb rise for his recent second place at Clonmel but that was a much improved run and he was well backed. Compensation awaits here as he's still on a very lowly mark.
