BOULON TROU started favourite for a Limerick bumper on his debut and ran well but was then well beaten in a similar race at Clonmel. He's expected to make his mark over hurdles and gets the nod though Custers Mistake was only beaten a head on good ground at Roscommon in September and might just have needed last month's reappearance. Winning point-to-pointer Ottoman Style made a fair start for John McConnell at Fairyhouse and should improve but The Flier Begley, placed in all three bumper starts, has disappointed over hurdles. So Original and Ballybaun Star may do best of the remainder.
