WEE GIANT, a son of Giant's Causeway and related to some high-class performers on the Flat, looks the type for hurdling and can make a winning start after showing improved form on the level this summer. His latest effort when a close second to Alajan on fast ground at Galway suggests he will be primed for this. Karkari should be winning soon judged on his close third behind Raheenwood at Tramore where he found little at the finish after travelling nicely for most of the 2m4f trip.
