In depth

Verdict

Greenandwhitearmy still finished a long way behind the favourite when runner-up over track and trip last month but Musical Ava has decent claims having run well for second here earlier in the month. TAGG’S ISLAND was still in contention when unseating in the latter’s race and went to finish runner-up over 2m at Tramore. The return to this longer trip should suit Michael McCullagh’s charge and he gets the nod. Mr Moondance was placed at Sligo in between a couple of modest efforts at the same track while Charlotte Wells will be sharper for a recent outing over these obstacles.
