In depth

Verdict

ALTON BAY can't get his head in front and has become very expensive to follow but his close second to Well Tuned at Roscommon last time is the stand-out form and he's taken to finally get off the mark. Paddy Roe was totally unfancied at Clonmel but showed up nicely and with more to offer can run on into a place though the main threat looks to be Do Na Paisti. She showed massive improvement to finish very close up behind Vinniespride at Kilbeggan and with her allwance plus jockey claim she will be receiving 14lb from the selection. Colin Bowe's point-to-point recruit Oliver's Hill can prove best of the remainder.
