Verdict

Blackstair Rocco finished runner-up in his two starts over fences before pulling up in a Grade B handicap hurdle at Galway. Mr Caplan was beaten a long way on his chasing bow at Tipperary but Chinx Of Light looked smart when beaten a head by Everglow at Kilbeggan and may have been feeling the effects of a subsequent fall when running moderately at Galway. Dual bumper and hurdles winner UHTRED arrives in fine form for his chasing debut having won easily over timber here three weeks ago. He looks a smart recruit to chasing and can make a winning start.
