It's almost three years since Danz Gift gained the last of his seven course victories though he's now on easily his lowest-ever mark. He finished two lengths behind No Speed Limit last month when FLORENCE THOMPSON was caught close home after leading 1f out. The latter is 0-33 but won't get many better chances despite being 2lb out of the handicap. Derrinlaur Spender was only a length behind the winner without ever threatening but Betrayed led until headed a furlong out. Zig Zag Zyggy keeps changing yards but should be winning soon for Ado McGuinness judging by a head second a month ago, though that was over 6f which looks his best trip.
