      Verdict

      The veteran Maundy Money has never won on the surface and finished behind Golden Shoe and Suehail over 7f a fortnight ago. Both winner and runner-up are better over this extra furlong and the form should be confirmed though CORE ELEMENT looks the one to be on. She'd been running in much better company without much luck before arriving here a month ago and beating Fastidious with Golden Shoe well beaten. A 5lb rise won't help but she's worth following now she's struck form.
