Eddie Lynam won this a year ago and Yulong Xiongfeng is likely to attract support after three reasonable runs on Turf. Charlie Bear showed good pace over a mile on his debut and started favourite over this track and trip a month later but couldn't get to Indian Tomahawk. Navegante made his belated debut here last month and ran very well behind much more experienced rivals so should have no problems finding a race soon. Sheeba has shown some promise on Turf and is bred for the all-weather while Gladly caught the eye when staying on late here in November. PERIOD PIECE made her debut here last month and did really well to split a more experienced pair. She was staying on once realised what was required and can go one better. Rashaan is related to some decent winners and looks best of Mick Halford's pair.
