MADEMOISELLE PENNY beat a huge field at the Curragh last month then came out three days later under a penalty and completed a double. Connections will be pleased with just a 4lb rise and she should go in again. Brokopondo, who won once in 17 starts on Turf, made a very good debut here two weeks ago though he stayed on strongly over 1m4f and may find this on the short side. Lomi's Law hasn't had much experience but has shown promise on Turf and makes her debut on this surface while Nicaragua found a mile too short here last time after showing promise over 1m4f on Turf in the summer. Cartographic showed some potential behind the selection at the Curragh and could reward each-way support at fair odds.
