MILLER BEACH has been improving at a rate of knots and certainly deserved last week's victory where he was always travelling strongly. He had Tsar Paul over 5l behind and should confirm the form and defy a 5lb penalty in the process. Mountain Coral hasn't won for two years which is why he's qualified to run here from a mark of 64 and he shown a bit more promise in recent races. Red Laser is on exactly the same mark as when runner-up to Woodsophiesmile here in September so should be considered and he holds Great Ability on that run.
