Noel Meade has booked Jamie Powell to negate a 6lb rise that PUB TALK (NAP) earned for landing a Down Royal nursery and the move can pay off. Approaching Bear and Skip James fought out the finish of a Fairyhouse claimer with the former just edging it. The latter was having only his third start and can reverse the form while Miss Yvonne has looked a real nursery type in her runs to date and an opening mark of 72 may underestimate her. Distillate was only a head behind the selection at Down Royal but is worse off at the weights.
