Maricruz is 0-14 around here but hasn't been running as badly as form figures suggest and scored over the trip at Navan in July. Adapt To Dan's two victories have been over a mile on Turf and he's been well beaten when tackling this trip. Mephisto won when trained in the UK and though showing little for new connections has dropped rapidly in the ratings. KNOCK FLYER had shown ability on Turf without winning and was well supported when missing the break earlier this month so gets a tentative vote to gain compensation. Dr Patrick produced easily his best run here on Friday and wouldn't need much more.
