Verdict

BRADESCO gave notice of better to come when placed at Galway and won easily over this track and trip before defying an 8lb rise over 1m4f last week. He's up another 3lb but a hat-trick beckons. Belgoprince gained his first success since arriving from France last year when scoring comfortably over 1m6f at Navan and has since run reasonably well at Cheltenham. He's performed well here in the past so has to be a major threat. It's almost three years since Jake Peter won over the course and distance and he's only scored once subsequently but Bold Approach was beaten just over a length in this a year ago when attempting to concede the winner 16lb. Takarengo is a real staying type but has never run on an artificial surface.
