Verdict

MISS FORDE had been proving inconsistent before a fine effort over the C&D a month ago when just held by Empress Of Tara. A repeat would probably be good enough and third placed Oh So Lucy looks held. Urban Ball has been very narrowly defeated in three of her five starts including two on this track. She looks certain to win soon as does Miss Macnamara, who was close behind her over slightly further here last time. King's Wharf has won twice over timber in the UK for David Evans and has his first start for Lee Smyth. The grey has plenty of Polytrack experience and new connections will be hoping for a good start.
