In depth
Verdict
If anything this slightly faster surface will suit Catspraddle, who rates as good value to get the better of Saxon Saint and Bridal Path. The last named is on a roll after winning her last two starts in gritty fashion. She will find this a little tougher off a 4lb higher mark but should again run her race. Saxon Saint has already been a reliable horse to follow and can also be relied upon to give his all. The ground should not be a problem for him and another bold bid cannot be ruled out. There should also be more to come from Zambach, who got off the mark in eye-catching fashion at Lingfield last month. A truly run race will bring her right into the argument and a move for her in the betting ring will be very dangerous to ignore. However, Catspraddle look a real professional when winning on good to soft ground on her debut at Windsor. That run will have done her the power of good and this daughter of High Yield looks one to keep on the right side for now; especially as her yard continue to churn out the winners.
