      Verdict

      CONRY was taking on much higher rated horses when fifth in a claimer over a mile at Chester last time. He'd won his previous couple of starts over today's shorter trip and can go in again. Chelwood Gate is unreliable but due one of his better efforts as he drops in class. Aqua Ardens is more consistent but has plenty to find on these terms with the selection and recent course and distance third Bayleyf has even more on his plate at the weights.
