In depth

Verdict

Zzoro, the only previous course winner in the line-up, opened his seasonal account at Sandown earlier this month but was due to run in yesterday’s Cambridgeshire. His Newbury conqueror Torcello and Mordred missed yesterday’s big betting race and have a better chance in this. Alnadir looked unlucky at Chelmsford as he was travelling well when badly hampered but he has proved hard to win with. Lawn Ranger got back to winning ways at Goodwood, however, and it would be no surprise to see Oasis Prince bounce back but we’ll take a chance on EXEC CHEF (NAP), who is eased in grade and was running well on ground with some give around this time last year.
