        Verdict

        LADY GIBRALTAR may have just needed the run when only third on her handicap debut at Windsor. Her earlier second to Mention at Newbury was a very solid effort and Alan Jarvis' filly is fancied to get off the mark today. Producer will be a big danger as he stepped up on his debut effort to win by four lengths over C&D last month. Richard Hannon's colt has more scope than Rooknrasbryripple and Ivor's Princess, who has disappointed since a couple of placed efforts at Bath in June. Laurel Lad is a possible improver, however, and could be best of the rest.
