In depth

Verdict

It was heavy going when ASTRONOMIC VIEW placed at Newton Abbot and he may be the one to side with in this. Dom Bosco and Hasty Parisian also made promising debuts at Ludlow and Wincanton respectively with the latter looking to have the stronger form. Knowsley Road cost £135,000 having placed between the flags in Ireland and debuts for Paul Nicholls while Ben Bulben is related to bumper winners and is preferred of the newcomers.
