Verdict
Sea Saffron has won over hurdles and fences here in the last couple of months but is high enough in the weights now. Bench Warrent could be on a decent mark if his Cheltenham third signalled a return to form, however, and Referent got off the mark over fences at Newton Abbot last month, though is taking on more experienced opposition here. AMMUNITION has a good record on this course and is now 3lb lower than when only beaten two lengths over C&D on New Year's Day. He disappointed last time but a pair of blinkers could waken his ideas up today and he gets a tentative vote. Tim The Chair could be the pick of the remainder as Pancake clearly can't be trusted after pulling up when well backed at Chepstow last time.
