In depth

Verdict

Former Ballydoyle inmate San Pedro ran his best race so far for current connections when second at huge odds at Lingfield. No Hubs No Hoobs has been steadily coming to hand and Tip Top Cat got off the mark here last month, though is effectively 7lb higher with Paddy Brennan taking over the reins from a conditional. Ballygoe could be interesting having had only two runs over hurdles but Walk In The Wild was beaten a distance on his handicap bow. Second twice in his first season, BANGERS AND CASH looks fairly treated on a mark of 114 and can make a winning return ahead of Chepstow winner Helios Allen, who has been raised 9lb.
