    Verdict

Macmar gets the confident vote here with Bay Hawk and Goss rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Onward To Glory last time out, that form looks rock solid and in what looks an easier race he is impossible to oppose. Bay Hawk rates the main danger on his latest third behind The Bonus King but he has looked a short runner in the past and is taken on with this in mind. Goss is another that could go well if the fitting of first time cheekpieces improves him but his overall profile leaves him with a little to find. Of the remainder Grave Doubts would be a danger to all on his best chase form and if the return to hurdling revives him he could go well at a price but for the winner we return to the progressive Macmar.
