Verdict

Former pointer LIKEABLE ROGUE made an encouraging start under Rules when running subsequent Fakenham winner Open Hearted to a length at Folkestone. The pair were clear of the third and Paul Nicholls' charge can go one better here at the main expense of Mystic Appeal, who was only beaten half-a-length over a similar trip at Hereford in January and may have found the ground a little quick at Ludlow last time. Talkonthestreet should also be thereabouts as he's won over 3m between the flags and tries that sort of distance for the first time under Rules today, though he was a little disappointing at Southwell last month.
