Verdict
Course and distance winner JUMP CITY should be well suited by this drop in trip despite having been far from disgraced over further on four starts this year. He remains on a decent mark for the champion trainer to exploit and gets the nod over Karinga Dancer, who has scope to do better over fences after a satisfactory first season over the larger obstacles. The latter appeared to not quite get home at Cheltenham last time behind Panxtoa and Saint Roque and, like the selection, should benefit from this drop in distance. Quincy Des Pictons is becoming increasingly hard to get right so better each-way options looks to be Dan Breen, still capable of fair form, and the reliable-but-exposed King Edmund.
