      Mydante (IRE) Course and distance winner in May and is now a pound lower so cannot be ruled out, though not in great form at present.

      Southerncrosspatch Consistent performer who beat Mydante in summer but handicapper may now have his measure.

      Tathmin Has looked a tricky ride but fair effort at Southwell last week and if he can reproduce that should be hard to beat.

      Lady of The Lamp Won at Taunton in February but that was on heavy ground and has been very disappointing since.

      Salvo Improved effort here last time but little chance at these weights.

      Straffan Gold (USA) Twelve pounds out of the handicap and looks to have no chance.
