Verdict

Richard Johnson was on board Orabora when he made a winning start to his hurdles career at Chepstow but switches here to KAP GUN and the hint should be taken. The latter gave notice of more to come when fifth in decent company at Wincanton and gets 7lb from his stablemate in this. Key To The West was second in a Uttoxeter bumper last month and should be monitored in the betting while The Italian Yob already has a third over C&D to his name and The Nephew started favourite in an Ascot bumper last time, though didn't find as much as expected off the bridle. The others have a bit to find.
