Verdict
Another small field goes to post for this contest and the ones to concentrate on look to be Quick, Fabrezan and Aliabad, and the confident vote goes to Quick. The gelding from the Martin Pipe yard landed a gamble on his debut when defeating Penalty Clause by 17 lengths. However that does not tell the whole story as he was soon driven along, but the further he went the better he travelled, and with the step up in trip sure to suit, he will be hard to beat. Fabrezan would rate the main danger on his best form that saw him beat Slyboots in good style, but he has since disappointed and for that reason is opposed here. Aliabad is also worthy of respect on his third behind Satshoon last time, but he has been tried over a variety of trips without success and may be tripless. Of the remainder, Ben More is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market, but we are happy to side with Quick.
