In depth

Verdict

CARIBET made every yard when scoring at Wincanton on his racecourse debut and Harry Fry’s charge is taken to defy a penalty. Eur Gone West and Lapford Lad are likely improvers but a newcomer may prove a bigger threat to the selection. Of those, Densfirth is the second foal of a half-sister to the mighty Denman and represents Paul Nicholls while Powerstown Park, Snuff Box and Tikk Tock Boom have all won point-to-points and Time To Move On and Stoney Mountain are both related to bumper winners.
