In depth
Verdict
Lord Anner gets the confident vote to win this hunters chase with Kilbready Boy and Hot Toddy rating the main dangers. The selection has won his only point this season in good style. He hails from a top yard has plenty of scope for improvement and will be hard to beat under conditions that suit.Kilbready Boy rate the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Bengal Bullet but all he does is stay and this shorter trip looks against him so he is passed over on this occasion. Hot Toddy is another worthy of respect as he also won well last time out but he is best form is on very soft ground and he may not have the speed to lay up on this faster surface. Lord Beau was a fair second behind Termalt last time and is another with place claims but that form has since been let down. Of the remainder Rohan could go well at a price if his jumping holds up but for the winner we return to Lord Anner.
