In depth
Verdict
We'll side with Go For Bust here ahead of Lord Jay Jay and, possibly, Bubba Boy and Reseda. The selection attracted money before showing promise in a good Newbury bumper on his debut run and can recover losses here. Lord Jay Jay also showed promise on his debut, at Ascot, and is entitled to improve, although he'll help his chances if setting better than he did on that occasion. Martin Pipe's Bubba Boy, the German-bred Ian Williams runner, Reseda, and the Flat-bred Lyon are ones to watch out for in the betting, while Gaelic Music is out of a mare that did well over hurdles and fences. He might be one for the future, but the one for today looks to be Go For Bust.
