Verdict

TIME TO MOVE ON was two from two here in bumpers last season, finishing well clear of Densfirth in the first of those. He’s a full brother to winning hurdler Cadeyrn and a half-brother to smart hurdler/chaser Barney Dwan so should be even better over obstacles. Nestor Park could also be a useful recruit from the bumper ranks and Diomede des Mottes can only improve on last month’s first run over timber. Shaughnessy and Russian Hawk will be worth noting for future reference while Orchard Thieves won over timber at Worcester in May. Sandro Botticelli was a decent stayer on the Flat when in the mood while Lamanver Pippin had a subsequent winner behind when second at Wincantion in April, though has changed stables since.
