In depth

Verdict

After a couple of below-par efforts, Kaybeew was back to his best at Carlisle last month and his stable has been among the winners again lately. He's worth another chance over this longer trip while Fairoak Lad will be all the better for his comeback run at Ludlow and Jolly Boys Outing was an easy winner of his latest start at Towcester. Pairc Na Gcapall stays well and won't mind the ground but doesn't win very often, while Ethiopia still looks too high in the weights and Spring Moon had become expensive to follow prior to his break. Key Cutter may need this and course specialist Sea Saffron is 5lb out of the handicap so we'll take a chance on hunter chaser DENNIS THE LEGEND, who has plenty in his favour today and may just outstay his rivals over this marathon trip.
