    Verdict

Apart from Nothing Is Forever, the weights are fairly compacted in this handicap so KATCHMORE could easily be capable of defying his welter burden. He always had matter well in hand when making all at Taunton last week and a penalty may not prevent a follow-up. Buckie Boy and Dream Performance need to improve again to supplement recent victories at Taunton and Wincanton respectively but Osgood is better than he showed behind the latter last time and Drumlang won at Uttoxeter and Market Rasen before Christmas. Bally Gunner has hinted at ability in novice company and makes his handicap debut this afternoon.
