Verdict
Many un-raced individuals take part in the finale including Sherwoods Folly and Where¿s My Baby who come from top yards but Basic Fact having had one run under his belt can put that to his advantage. Trained by Jonjo O'Neill and ridden by A P McCoy Basic Fact ran with great promise on his race course debut at Ludlow when fourth behind Tooting. The ground conditions and stiff track ought to suit him better this time around and with experience on his side he can put that to his advantage. Henry Daly always does well in these events and Sherwoods Folly will be fit and ready to do himself justice. The lack of a run will be against him but any market support should be noted. The same can be said for Where's My Baby who again comes from a yard that is respected in these types of races. But for the winner we return to Basic Fact.
