Verdict

American Land was a fair third at Warwick a little under a year ago and King Of The Lake has finished second in both starts so far. Mikimoto was only beaten a short-head at Warwick last month but there are couple of bumper winners in this well worth a second look. GO TO WAR (NAP), half-brother to the useful Flight Deck, won at Uttoxeter around this time last year and was far from disgraced in a Grade 2 at Aintree in the spring, almost eight lengths ahead of Westerninthepark, given he probably needed the run. Big Fish just came up short in a bumper here last November and is also worth a market check.
