Despite a big field, STUCCODOR is likely to be a warm order. Dermot Weld's charge ran well in two races over timber at Leopardstown a year ago before landing the Irish Lincolnshire. A run in a Listed contest at Cork in October will have put him straight and he should gain his first success over timber. Backinthesaddle was sent to Perth for his debut in a bumper though that was in July of 2013 and though finishing a close second the form hasn't worked out. First Post won nine times on the Flat in the UK though makes his hurdling debut at an advanced age, but winning point-to-pointer Leaders Questions ran quite well on her debut over timber here in November. Figurative could prove best of the newcomers.
