Verdict

Derrinross started a short-priced favourite when making a successful debut between the flags at Oldcastle and Jamie Codd again takes the ride. Next Destination has joined the champion trainer after his point-to-point victory at Quakerstown in March so he's an obvious danger to all though there are some choicely-bred newcomers engaged here. Lord In Red has a very smart pedigree being related to several very useful Flat performers in Germany while Ger's Lad is a half-brother to four winning jumpers. BANNO is out of a winning bumper performer and from a very successful family so a chance is taken that she will be ready for this - though the market should tell us more.
